Kayaking through the natural wonders of Isla Damas

Off Costa Rica’s Pacific coast, not far from Quepos and Manuel Antonio National Park, lies the small island of Isla Damas – surrounded by a dense mangrove forest. This unique ecosystem is a true haven of biodiversity: herons, howler monkeys, sloths, fiddler crabs, ibises and tree snakes coexist here in a delicate balance.
